Following his spectacular debut as 007 in “Casino Royale,” the most successful Bond film of all time, he now embarks on his latest mission. This time, German-born Marc Forster (“Monster’s Ball,” “Finding Neverland”) is directing.
Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson serve as producers. As with “Casino Royale,” Neal Purvis and Robert Wade wrote the screenplay together with Oscar®-nominated writer Paul Haggis (“Million Dollar Baby,” “Crash”).
Alongside Daniel Craig, renowned French actor Mathieu Amalric plays Bond’s adversary, while Ukrainian actress Olga Kurylenko takes the female lead. Judi Dench as “M,” Jeffrey Wright as “Felix Leiter” and Giancarlo Giannini as “Rene Mathis” reprise their roles from “Casino Royale.” Gemma Arterton will play MI6 agent Fields.
“Ein Quantum Trost” opens on November 6, 2008.
