Codemasters, one of Europe’s leading developers and publishers of PC and video games, and Italian publisher Black Bean are today releasing SBK08, the official game of the Superbike World Championship, for PC and consoles.
SBK08 combines an authentic racing experience with driving fun and action. Riding faithful reproductions of the racing motorcycles, players race around the world’s most famous circuits and immerse themselves in the current Superbike season with all its teams and riders. At Monza (Italy), Assen (the Netherlands) and Valencia (Spain), thrilling duels await against well-known racers such as Germany’s Max Neukirchner and Australia’s Troy Bayliss.
The realistic motorsport competitions in SBK08 offer a complete gaming experience for beginners and motorcycle professionals alike. Beginners can quickly achieve success thanks to individually adjustable difficulty levels and arcade handling, while experts will be pushed to their limits in simulation mode. The world of Superbikes is not limited to various single-player modes. Players can also experience an authentic racing atmosphere in online SBK competitions, where fierce contests determine the world’s best Superbike rider.
