Since 1997, Ubisoft Montreal has been responsible for titles such as Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell and Assassin’s Creed. Far Cry 2 and Prince of Persia are among the projects currently being developed there. Nearly 2,000 developers work at the studio in the Canadian metropolis—and the number grows every month!

The enormous demand for staff is met by new recruits from Canada and abroad. Some come from Germany: the video shows how a programmer from good old Germany is getting on at the mega-studio. Students from the Canadian province of Quebec also find their way into the industry. For them, the magic words are “Ubisoft Campus.”

The movie introduces this institution. Also shown in moving images are the integrated motion-capture and sound-effects studio, as well as a look at Ubisoft Montreal’s fitness and coffee amenities!
