FILM DELUXE GmbH and New York film production company O Positive have entered into a partnership for the representation of renowned directors Jim Jenkins, David Shane and Autumn de Wilde. They will now be represented exclusively in Germany by FILM DELUXE. FILM DELUXE had only recently signed internationally established director Nico Beyer and moved its director consulting operation from Düsseldorf to its Berlin headquarters; it is now expanding its portfolio further.

Founded in New York in 2007 by director Jim Jenkins and producer Ralph Laucella, O Positive now represents David Shane and Autumn de Wilde in addition to Jenkins. Commenting on the partnership with FILM DELUXE, Jenkins, who recently worked with Martin Scorsese for a second time on a theatrical commercial for AT&T, said: “We are in good hands with FILM DELUXE; we look forward to creative boards and to working with local agencies and clients.”

While David Shane, one of the writers of the cult series “South Park,” is regarded as one of the most internationally respected directors of commercials and corporate films, director Autumn de Wilde is known primarily for her music videos. De Wilde, who counts musicians such as Beck among her friends, has directed numerous clips, including videos for The Raconteurs and Death Cab for Cutie.

At the same time as successfully concluding negotiations with O Positive, FILM DELUXE also signed director Sharon Berkal. Born in Munich, she has worked as a freelance director since 2001 and was most recently represented by Neue Sentimental Film AG.
