At the 7th International Trade Fair for Cine Equipment, Quantel will place particular emphasis on its latest developments. Special demonstrations at Stand II-D33 will show visitors the capabilities of the new Neo panel and the new V4 operating system with multi-timeline editing and Final Cut Pro integration.
Neo is Quantel’s most sophisticated colour-correction panel and was developed specifically for colourists. It features an ergonomically designed, easy-to-use control surface with expanded and comprehensive functions and settings for primary and secondary colour correction.
The new V4 operating system brings numerous workflow improvements to all Quantel broadcast and post-production systems. Its multilayer timeline, which supports an unlimited number of video tracks, enables even more intuitive and faster handling when editing television productions and in post-production.
Final Cut Pro integration into the Quantel workflow is now straightforward as well. The open metadata format enables complete import and conforming of offline material edited in Apple Final Cut Pro, together with its edit decision lists and metadata such as DVE settings, layer transparency and graphic elements.
