“Planning and Delivering Webinars Efficiently”

Knowledge is expanding explosively. Keeping employees’ knowledge up to date presents a major challenge for many companies, especially when people work at different locations. Webinars—online training delivered directly to the workplace—are then an ideal, cost-effective solution. SYSTEC and Adobe will jointly introduce the educational and formal design of webinars and demonstrate technical solutions for this form of distributed learning.

(English-language presentation as part of the TC World Conference) “Online Help in a Web 2.0 World”

Online Help has gone through several transitions, from WinHelp to CHM and now to cross-platform WebHelp and FlashHelp. Despite its promise of cross-platform, cross-browser support, innovation in WebHelp delivery has not kept pace with emerging trends in a Web 2.0 world. Online Help is no longer a static document, and as products mature, the knowledge available within the end-user community often exceeds the documented functionality. A large number of companies are now taking advantage of community participation. In this presentation, we will explore these trends and examine different options.

Presentation by Vivek Jain, Adobe Systems, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
