Oliver Berben has been part of the Constantin Film group since 1999 as a producer and Managing Director of MOOVIE – the art of entertainment, a subsidiary of Constantin Film AG. Since then, he has produced more than 70 television and cinema films, including SASS – DIE MEISTERDIEBE (2001), AUTOBAHNRASER (2003), ELEMENTARTEILCHEN (2005), KEIN BUND FÜRS LEBEN (2007) and WARUM MÄNNER NICHT ZUHÖREN UND FRAUEN SCHLECHT EINPARKEN (2007), as well as television productions such as DIE PATRIARCHIN (2006) and AFRIKA, MON AMOUR (2007). Next year, Berben will produce the new Constantin Film production MÄNNERSACHE, by and starring comedian Mario Barth, and, together with Martin Moszkowicz, DIE PÄPSTIN, based on Donna W. Cross’s bestseller. For MOOVIE – the art of entertainment, his forthcoming productions include the three-part saga KRUPP – EINE DEUTSCHE FAMILIE and Doris Dörrie’s six-part miniseries KLIMAWECHSEL.
