The third Pictoplasma Festival, taking place in Berlin from 19 to 21 March, is inviting submissions of character-design animation. Anyone creating high-grade characters for animation, storytelling, music visuals or motion graphics is encouraged to participate. Selected entries will be shown at screenings during the festival.
Artists have until 22 January to submit their work as uncompressed QuickTime files in PAL or NTSC format, either on data DVD or as Beta SP in PAL, accompanied by an entry form. Further details on submissions and the conference program are available from the festival website at the link below.
