SAE Institute is launching the global online initiative “SAE-LIVE!” The education provider, which offers courses in audio, digital film and animation, web design and development, and game design, will give German internet users free access to selected audio, film and media seminars. Video streaming and interactive chatrooms will provide access to webcasts with prominent guest lecturers and connect participants with the worldwide SAE community.
“The doors of SAE Institutes have already been open to the public through various seminar programs,” said Götz Hannemann, marketing manager at SAE Germany. “For 2009, however, we decided to take a new approach by offering selected lectures online and making greater use of interactive possibilities. Interested participants can now learn directly from professionals wherever they are located.”
The next online seminars will take place on February 20 and 21, 2009.
The “Music Production” seminar begins at 11:00 PM CET on February 20 with Bryan Michael Cox, a US music producer and Grammy winner whose credits include work with Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey and Usher.
The “On the Set” seminar begins at 9:00 PM CET on February 21 with Jarratt Carson, a three-time Emmy winner and film and television producer whose work includes several prominent US TV series.
