Sennheiser’s MKH 8000 microphone series could now apply its sound quality and climate resistance in demanding broadcast and film production. The new MZF 8000 filter module effectively suppressed handling and wind noise. A high-quality pad reduced the signal level to match the recording device.

The filter module was scheduled for its first presentation at the AES Convention in Munich from May 8 to 10, 2009. Sennheiser’s 2000 series, its new entry-level range for professional wireless applications, also made its German debut at the event.
