FOX continued the steady expansion of its Blu-ray catalogue. Coinciding with the home-cinema launch of “Valkyrie” on the 65th anniversary of the attempt on Hitler’s life, the gripping, Oscar®-winning historical films “The Longest Day” and “The Diary of Anne Frank” were also released on Blu-ray. The action thriller “The Siege,” starring Denzel Washington and Bruce Willis, promised high-definition suspense, while “Spaceballs” and “History of the World, Part I” offered eccentric characters and sharp punchlines.
