Everyone is asked to prepare one or more topics so they can offer a session. Proposals can be submitted at http://www.gamecampmunich.de/sessions. Each conference morning, all participants choose what will be discussed until shortly before sessions begin. Participants are encouraged to report on the event through Twitter, blogs and other channels.
During the demo session, development teams and students can present games or concepts currently in production. Genre, development status and team size do not matter; every team has five minutes to excite the audience about its idea. Discussion provides valuable feedback from developers, publishers and journalists. Registration is available at http://www.gamecampmunich.de/demosession.
A relaxed after-show party follows the first conference day, providing networking in an informal atmosphere. Gaming is also well represented, with music, refreshments, computers and consoles of all kinds available to visitors.
Participation in GameCamp Munich is free. Additional sponsors and supporters of every size are still being sought to finance catering, parts of the infrastructure and other costs.
Anyone interested in GameCamp is asked to register on its website as a confirmed participant or non-binding interested party to assist planning: http://www.gamecampmunich.de.
