Learning from professionals how to shoot videos is the wish of many enthusiastic amateur filmmakers and aspiring directors. SAE Institute is now offering nationwide summer courses in video production. The world’s largest educational institution in audio, digital film and animation, web design and development, and game design is launching five-day courses in seven cities, covering the entire spectrum of video production - from developing a storyboard and camera technology to editing and sound.
The aim of the SAE Summer Class is to provide participants with all the necessary knowledge through practical exercises under professional guidance. Participants will shoot their own film, edit it, add sound, burn it to DVD, and publish it online. As a highlight, the courses also include excursions to a film studio, radio station, or recording studio.
The courses take place at SAE locations in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, and Stuttgart. SAE Summer Class dates are aligned with the summer holidays in the respective federal states. They are ideal for anyone interested in improving hobby skills with professional assistance and for pupils seeking an initial insight into the requirements and content of future training.
Courses run from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participation costs €249 per person. If two people register together, the course fee is only €399.
