The SDK allows production companies and developers to integrate the Fusion engine into complex pipelines and use it for extensions such as new plugin designs.

With the capabilities of the 3D system and GPU shaders, eyeon particularly wants to offer developers new application possibilities. Company founder and CEO Steve Roberts specifically cites functionality for stereo 3D, as numerous production companies are currently working in this area. The advantages of GPU shader technology are also no longer intended to remain reserved for games development, but to become available for high-end film productions as well.

In parallel with the SDK, a Learning Edition was also released for students, lecturers and artists.
