Bigben Interactive, a leading European manufacturer of accessories for video-game consoles, announces two new Cocoto games with accessories for Nintendo Wii™. Cocoto, the mischievous little rascal, and his friends are back! That winter, they bring two new Wii titles: Cocoto Festival and Cocoto Surprise. Bigben is convinced that Cocoto’s simple controls and unique accessories offer players great enjoyment.

Rescue Mission with a Cork Gun

The player rushes to rescue Cocoto’s friend Fairy, clearing every enemy from the path by shooting corks at them. With each of the four Cocoto heroes, players can discover 150 different levels. Cocoto Festival comes with an accessory: a high-quality gun into which the Wii Remote and Nunchuk can be inserted.

The aiming aid makes the game very easy to use, especially for younger players. Cocoto Festival has three worlds to discover: Jungle, Paradise and Atlantis. Each has different enemies, all of which must be fought with corks. Other types of ammunition and further collectable objects can be unlocked during the game.

Cocoto Festival will be released for Nintendo Wii on November 20, 2009

Fishing… for Presents!

Cocoto Surprise includes a unique fishing-rod accessory developed especially for Wii. With the rod, players can fish for presents hidden in the four game worlds. Each has its own challenges and hidden surprises. Players must use skill and brains in equal measure to obtain all the presents, which contain interactive toys: cuddly soft toys, remote-controlled cars, a music box …

In total, more than 80 of these toys can be found, collected and individually customised. The fishing rod conveys a special gaming sensation: the fishing line and objects in the game world obey the laws of physics. In underwater levels, the rod responds to water resistance. For the first time, a physics engine for Wii depicts fluids with graphical realism. Cocoto Surprise can be played by up to four players.

Cocoto Surprise for Nintendo Wii will be released in the first quarter of 2010
