The six- and three-month courses can be funded by the Employment Agency, Jobcenter or pension-insurance providers through an education voucher and begin on January 25, 2010.
Anyone who wants, for example, to create digitally broadcast-ready film and video productions from existing video and animation material can complete further training as a post-producer and earn the “Adobe Certified Expert” (Video Specialist) certificate. This opens up completely new opportunities in the forward-looking digital-media job market.
L4 offers the following further-training courses: video editing and film effects, motion design/3D and sound editing, Flash basics, Flash Professional, and website design (all three months); Flash, web or .NET developer, and post-producer (all six months). Java developer training is available in three- and six-month formats.
Applicants for an education voucher must generally be either unemployed or at risk of unemployment. The education voucher is an assurance that the costs incurred through participation in an educational programme will be covered.
L4 has more than 12 years of experience in this field and is accredited and certified with the GUTcert seal for all vocational retraining and further-training courses offered, in accordance with the Recognition and Accreditation Ordinance.
