Directors Steve Martino and Michael Thurmeier bring Manny, Diego and Sid back to the big screen. So far, it is known that the trio find themselves on an iceberg and have to survive all kinds of adventures with pirates, sea monsters and new continents. The assumption that the film will come to cinemas in 3D is not far-fetched given the shots along Scrat’s nose, and presumably that alone will provide a sterreographicexperience. Production company Blue Sky Studios has already produced Ice Age 1 through 3, so a certain routine is likely to be present.
