NAB 2011: New Sony Vegas Pro Version

Until now, this was practically impossible on a PC. The program can also create genuine 3D Blu-ray Discs from the timeline, though probably still without extras such as menus. AMD/ATI graphics cards can now also be used for accelerated AVC encoding. It is interesting that the encoding appears to be implemented via OpenCL.

The other innovations in brief: expanded Closed Closed Captioning support, support for the XDCAM PMW-500, and improved Mute/Solo functions when grouping tracks. The new version is expected to be available for download at the end of April.
