Cloud in Focus

This new Creative Cloud makes it possible to download and install all 14 programs in Adobe Creative Suite 6, as well as synchronize all project data through Adobe Creative Cloud Connection. These project data can be viewed, edited, or shared from different devices. One advantage of this cloud system is that updates or upgrades and new tools can be downloaded as soon as they are completed, while buyers of the large suite have to wait for a major update package. Anyone who takes up the cloud offer also receives two special HTML5 tools, namely Edge Preview and Muse. In principle, users initially receive only 20GB of storage, but according to Adobe, additional storage can be purchased later if desired. All Adobe Touch apps are also able to access the cloud storage. In the future, Adobe wants to add more community features, such as training and support assistance.

Faster Development Times

The integrated Adobe Creative Cloud Publishing Services are also used, allowing developers to develop and publish apps for mobile Apple and Android devices even faster by combining web hosting, Typekit, and Adobe Muse.

Adobe says that the release will take place within the next 30 days, but preorders can already be placed.

The cloud service is expected to cost 49.99 EUR per month with an annual subscription, while one month of use costs approximately 74.99 EUR. Buyers of previous suites up to CS 3 receive an introductory offer of 29.99 EUR per month.
