With Tank, a company’s production teams can be united in one software solution. At the click of a button, 3D packages can be launched for viewing certain datasets, and according to Shotgun, an integrated system within the packages is intended to allow snapshots and feedback to be transferred back into the system.
If certain objects are required, a visually supported search system can be used, and with the Breakdown App, objects in the open scene can be checked and updated to the latest version if required. According to Shotgun, however, the functions already mentioned are only the proverbial drop in the bucket. The following video gives a deeper insight into the system.
