Now the Building Too…

After bankrupt Rhythm & Hues was bought by a Prana Studios subsidiary, its headquarters property in California has now also been sold.

Rhythm & Hues had its headquarters in El Segundo, a city on Santa Monica Bay in California. Property company Rockwood Capital and Marshall Property & Development has now bought it for 25 million dollars. Three buildings stand on the roughly 19,000-square-metre site. 

Rockwood Capital and Marshall Property & Development intend to invest another 20 million in the building complex to create more parking spaces and improve the condition of the buildings. The former Rhythm & Hues headquarters is then intended to become a hotspot home for creative media companies. And hopefully the new tenants will not end in a similar disaster to the previous tenants, Rythm & Hues…
