On Wednesday, November 6, 2013, a full-day program will take place at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in which prospective students can learn about the courses and study specializations offered.
As part of the information day on Wednesday from 10:00 to 10:20 a.m. and in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m., the Institute of Animation, Visual Effects and Digital Postproduction at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg will present, among other things, the Animation study specialization with its concentrations Animation & Effects, Concept & Art, Animation/Effects Producing (AEP) and Technical Directing, as well as the Interactive Media study specialization, which provides training in the Transmedia/Games field.
In particular, the specializations Concept & Art, Technical Directing, Animation/Effects Producing and Interactive Media offer students the best prerequisites for gaining a foothold in the future job market. Pupils receive information at the event about the application process and admission requirements and can also gain an initial insight into student projects at the institute.
The Study Day begins in the morning at 9:00 a.m. in the Albrecht Ade Studio on the Filmakademie campus with a half-day lecture program that provides an overview of the entire range of studies. Afterward, the individual departments offer further workshops and additional events.
