Features of Amplify Texture 2 include third-party shader support, Virtual Texture Layout Presets and Anisotropic Filtering. The company is close to releasing the full version and is grateful for feedback from test users. The development version is not yet complete and several further features are still being integrated.
Unity 5 is also expected to appear soon, and Amplify Texture 2 is to be fully compatible with the new version.
Anyone who wants to test Amplify Texture 2 needs Unity version 4.5.3 or higher and optionally Alloy 2.1, Skyshop 1.09 and Lux 1.011. You can download it here.
