Behind the ambitious Canadian animated film with its special look is a team of three people who specifically quit their jobs to devote themselves entirely to this project. And specifically moved into an apartment to have more funds available for financing. Fans followed the project’s progress on the blog legouffre.com – a great help, because six months before the end of production, the three filmmakers ran out of money. A successful Kickstarter campaign helped bring the ambitious project to completion. The project was created in ZBrush, Softimage, Mental Ray, Photoshop, ZBrush, After Effects and Encore.

There will be a making-of about it in the upcoming issue of DP.
