The art effects in the package are similar to effect filters from Adobe Photoshop such as “Halftone” and “Watercolor”, or non-photorealistic renderers such as “Chalk”, “Charcoal” or “Pencil Scribble”.
The After Effects templates are more of a gimmick than a template for truly professional work. But because all templates are customizable, there is a certain amount of room to play, especially with regard to text and titles. In addition, Creation Art Effects is available very affordably for 99 US dollars and is compatible with After Effects CS5.
