New Dell Precision Workstations and Monitors

Tower workstations with more power and laptops with a light, extremely thin design, updates to graphics and processor technology and faster RAM

The new features of Dell Precision Workstations:

  • Intel i7 Core and Xeon processors
  • up to 64 GB RAM
  • AMD or NVIDIA graphics cards
  • supports USB 3 and Thunderbolt 3
  • M.2 PCIe NVMe storage options for maximum throughput with large files
  • PremierColor 4K displays with a 100-percent Adobe RGB colour space
  • Full HD and UHD options with an InfinityEdge display
  • Extremely thin bezel offers a 15.6-inch viewing area in a 14-inch chassis
  • Thin, light but robust chassis made of carbon fibre and aluminium
  • ISV-certified
  • The Dell Precision 5510 is the lightest, thinnest and smallest Dell workstation and at the same time the first 15.6-inch workstation with an InfinityEdge display.
  • Inclued as standard: Dell Precision Optimizer, a software tool for optimising system settings that now also has an interface to Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

New UltraSharp PremierColor monitors with high colour accuracy

The new Dell UltraSharp 25 PremierColor and Dell UltraSharp 27 PremierColor monitors have a very narrow screen bezels and offer realistic colour detail from almost any viewing angle in QHD resolution. (Which we have of course also tested in our big monitor test – take a look at the issue after next!)

Availability

The new Dell Precision Tower Workstations are already on sale, and the new mobile Precision Workstations will follow on October 27. The new Dell UltraSharp monitors will be available during October.
