Shotcut originally started as a pure Linux editing system; it is now available in version 16.01 for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
It cannot yet compete with the big players such as Premiere, Avid or Final Cut. Alongside pure editing capabilities, however, the software has several interesting features such as HTML5 title import and the Rutt-Etra-Izer video filter. The “Clip Speed” and “Chroma Key” features were added in version 16.01 at the beginning of January.
For anyone whose interest has been aroused: you can download the open-source tool at www.shotcut.org. Only 64-bit versions are available for the various operating systems.

Wie kann ich den Tonpegel ändern, wenn das Audiomaterial zu wenig Pegel hat?
hey, ich habe ein video mit 4 videospuren gemacht und möchte noch eine spur dazu machen wo bilder zu sehn sind aber immer wenn ich ein bild in eine neue spur ziehe geht shotcut sofort zu. egal welche größe das blid hat. was mache ich falsch? kann jemand helfen?

Falls nicht schon gelöst: evtl sind deine Fotodateien zu groß. Verkleinern auf sonstige Ausgabegröße sollte helfen (mir auch), also zb auf 1920×1080 Pixel für ein HD 16:9 Projekt
Probiere es gerade aus, bin Anfaenger aber schaut gut aus
