Fabric allows tools and 3D content to be exchanged between standard programs such as Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Softimage and – now new – Modo. This makes elaborately programmed standalone tools a thing of the past. The the visual programming system now also supports Python.

Fabric for Modo is compatible with the Modo 901 to Modo 10 series and runs on Windows, Linux and OS X.

Here is the download of the new Fabric Engine 2.2; naturally, there is also a free trial version.
