Version 4.0 of Codex’s Production Suite comes with several new features:
- Colour grading according to the CDL standard
- Playback of raw material at the original resolution and frame rate in the selected colour space on a calibrated monitor (with or without LUTs)
- Subsequent reframing possible, also with presettable definitions for automatic scaling
- Changing or adding metadata and annotations
- Transcoding raw formats into Apple ProRes, Avid DNxHD and H.264 formats
- LTFS archiving function with full verification on LTO 5/6/7 tape
- Support for grading panels from Ripple or the Tangent Element range
- Compatible with Codex Live
Codex Production Suite 4.0 runs on Vault S and Vault XL systems as well as Mac OS X. Pricing information is available from the manufacturer on request.
