The 24.1-inch screen has a native resoluton of 1920×1200 pixels and a colour gamut that reproduces 98 percent of the DCI-P3 standard.
Preset modes for EBU, Rec. 709, SMPTE-C and DCI ensure that editors can work with proper colour spaces and gamma values. The contrast ratio is 1500:1 and outputs true black. The CG247X also has a retardation film that displays dark tones with depth even when viewed from an angle.
The ColorEdge needs only three minutes to stabilise brightness, chromaticity and colour characteristics. Naturally, the accessories also include a calibbration sensor and a light-shielding hood that attaches magnetically to the screen.
