It is called Spud and is being financed via Kickstarter. The campaign currently has 36 days left, and the funding target of 33,000 US dollars has already been exceeded tenfold. So the demand seems to be there.
The display has a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels, and battery life is said to be three hours at the highest brightness level. Of course, that is not enough for precize and demanding work, but for presentations in the office or gaming while travelling, a fold-out monitor weighing only around one kilogram could certainly be practical.
