Alongside the animago trophy, the film won numerous awards; for example, it was honoured as best student film at Anima Mundi or won the audience award at Mundos Digitales. Director Verena Fels, who also wrote the screenplay, also released a children’s book for “Mobile” in 2011.
The Filmakademie team created the project with Maya, RenderMan and Fusion, among other things; a stereo-3D version of the film was also created.
