For those who are fortunate enough to have their working hours in the film crew—and therefore also their overtime—paid according to a collective agreement, there has for some time been (at least) an iOS app for logging working hours. Rahmenfutter (what a name!) has released an app with the fitting name Überstunden, which is tailored to the specific needs of such crews. Among other things, timesheets, master data sheets and similar documents can be exported here.
Available for €5.49 from iOS 10.0.

Since April, TimeSheet has also offered a similar app with the same intention of time tracking for Android (from v4.4).
However, this app is still in development and, by comparison, still offers fewer additional functions.
It costs €5.99.
