What does such an oasis for designers look like? Artist Nadine Kolodziey is one of this year’s Creative Residents at Adobe. In her artwork of the Garden of Creativity, she shows the magic behind Creative Cloud. Nadine calls it her “magic powers”. She says: “with it I can create trees and shape clouds; I can overcome time and space and work on a file simultaneously with friends from all over the world.” This is how creativity can grow.
An Oasis for Creatives: Creative Cloud at a Special Price
Nadine sees herself as an interface between analog and digital design. For her Garden of Creativity, she cuts shapes from foil in order to melt them down again in the next step, photograph them and refine them in Illustrator CC with the new Freeform Gradient. The visual is exported to Adobe After Effects CC via the CC Library and animated there. She does the final editing and adds sound effects and music in Adobe Premiere Pro CC. This hybrid work gives her design a special look.
