After Netflix recently showed several insights into the implementation of the animated short films with the “Inside the Animation” series, Sony Pictures Imageworks now follows up itself. The studio has contributed to many interesting projects recently – above all “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,” for which it has also already published several behind-the-scenes. The clip shows the 13th episode of Love, Death + Robots named “Lucky 13” with various before-and-after brekadowns of the models, texures, shaders and performance capture. Compared with the other episodes, the animated short film pursues a photorealistic style.
