Creative Cloud applications
Adobe announced a broad collection of updates for its software family during the Adobe MAX creativity conference in October 2020.
Among the most notable changes was Premiere Pro 14.5, which added native support for AMD and Intel GPUs. New hardware-based decoding on Windows was designed to improve editing performance with H.264 and H.265 codecs, again using AMD and Intel graphics hardware.
Other additions included faster audio pre-roll in Premiere Pro and HDR support for the Rec. 2100 PQ colour space in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
