ICE.ART 2026.II Opens Registration

Free registration is open for ICE.ART 2026.II, an online 3D environment conference running 8 to 10 September, with its agenda still pending.
A blue geometric conference banner for ICE.ART 2026.II features the text “Register now!” and “The 3D Environment Conference,” with dates 8–10 September 2026 and www.ice.art. An icy faceted crystal icon sits at the lower left, over a dark-to-turquoise polygonal background with soft intersecting lines.

For those who don’t know the event: ICE.ART is an online conference for artists and technical specialists creating fictional and reality-based 3D environments. Organised by vrbn, it is not attached to one DCC, renderer or game engine. Its scope connects concept art, environment design, level layout, production workflows, realtime graphics, GIS and AEC/BIM communities.

Three online sessions in September

ICE.ART 2026.II will take place online from 8 to 10 September 2026. The current event page schedules each session from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm CEST, corresponding to 9:00 am to noon PDT and noon to 3:00 pm EDT.

Registration is open and free of charge. The registration link is hosted by GoTo Webinar, although the public event page does not currently publish further delivery-platform requirements or attendee system specifications.

Programme still under construction

No session titles, tracks or confirmed speakers were listed on the public agenda at the time of verification. The site currently states that agenda entries will follow. The organiser says it is in contact with several prospective speakers. Names, affiliations, presentation subjects and participation status have not yet been announced publicly.

Organised by an environment specialist

ICE.ART is organised by vrbn, a Swiss company providing consulting, services and content for urban 3D environments. vrbn works in combining architectural design principles with cg engineering, covering both technical services and ready-to-use building assets.

Recordings provided

The ICE.ART video archive contains recordings from previous conferences and related sessions. The currently archive covers events dating from April 2021 through April 2026, including presentations and panels distributed through YouTube. The archive gives prospective attendees a way to judge the event’s format and technical level before reserving three evenings. It also provides an asynchronous option for previous editions, although the availability of recordings from ICE.ART 2026.II has not been announced.
