The new modules include Mokey Stabilize, which is responsible for stabilizing footage. All types of movement (rotation, perspective change, translation) are compensated for and the image is warped when necessary. Under the name Mokey Grainsurgery, Imagineer offers various tools that can be used to add, remove or adjust grain structures. Mokey Track2D allows tracking data to be exported from Mokey to ASCII files, Shake scripts or XML format. With Mokey Remove, unwanted foreground objects can be removed automatically by reconstructing the obscured background using information from other frames. A Flood Fill newly implemented in version 3 now even enables the display of areas that cannot be reconstructed. Mokey Matte creates traveling mattes of foreground objects that can be recorded against virtually any background and thus represent an alternative to rotoscoping. For the first time, imported clean plates can also be used. Depending on the platform, the modules cost between 450 and 2,250 US dollars. By contrast, the basic Mokey application including the Mokey Track2D module can be downloaded free of charge. In version 3, it can now also be connected to the generationQ system from Quantel and supports QuickTime.
