This means that, in addition to users of Matrox’s RT series, owners of Canopus and Pinnacle products now also benefit from the Trade-Up promotion.
The following products entitle users to switch to the Matrox RT.X100 Xtreme at a reduced price as part of the Trade-Up to Extreme program: Matrox RT2000, RT2500 and RT.X10; Pinnacle DV500, DV500 Plus, DV500 DVD, Pro-ONE and Pro-ONE RTDV; as well as Canopus DVStorm, DVStorm2, DVRaptor RT and DVRaptor RT2.
The Trade-Up can be carried out at all Matrox Gold dealers by returning one of the aforementiond products for € 699,00 (incl. VAT).
Pricing and availability: the upgrade offer for the Matrox RT.X100 Xtreme is available immediately through authorized specialist retailers worldwide. Two different variants of the Matrox RT.X100 Xtreme upgrade bundle are available:
RT.X100 Xtreme incl. Sonic Reel DVD Studio: the price for the Matrox RT.X100 Xtreme upgrade bundle with Sonic ReelDVD Studio is €869,00 (incl. value-added tax).
RT.X100 Xtreme without Sonic Reel DVD Studio: the price for the Matrox RT.X100 Xtreme upgrade bundle without Sonic ReelDVD Studio is €699,00 (incl. value-added tax).
To upgrade to RT.X100 Xtreme, the customer merely needs to return one of the named boards to their RT.X100 dealer.
Neither variant includes Adobe Premiere; the already available Adobe Premiere version can be used. Customers who have not yet performed a paid upgrade from Premiere 6.5 to Premiere Pro can do so directly through Adobe at any time.
