X3D Technologies GmbH Jena has developed a 180-inch, glasses-free 3D projection wall for the Japanese Museum of Emerging Technologies and Innovation. The screen is currently being shown at the 2005 World EXPO in Aichi/ Japan in the Japanese Pavilion and will be transferred to the museum after the exhibition.

The 3D projection wall is 4 meters wide and 2.25 high and simultaneously offers many viewers a spatial impression in which the objects seemingly appear to float in space. To do so, viewers do not have to put on any aids such as glasses or the like.
