In addition, together with Hewlett Packard, Adobe will take part in the “The Future of Entertainment Technology” discussion in the American Pavilion’s conference room on Saturday, May 14, from 15.00 to 16.30.
Bryan Lamkin, Senior Vice President of Digital Imaging and Video Products at Adobe, together with Vikki Pachera, Vice President of Global Strategy and Technology at HP, and other discussion partners, will discuss how new avenues of entertainment can be created, opened up and used by the film industry and audiences.
OpenHD as a New Path for the Industry
As Adobe announced at the recent National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Convention in Las Vegas, optimised OpenHD solutions are being developed in cooperation with leading companies such as HP, Intel, Microsoft and Dell. The aim is to provide open, scalable and certified HDV and HD desktop solutions for video, film and TV professionals.
