The best Internet films from around the world are the focus of Webcuts.06: In Berlin up close on October 12, 2006, and worldwide over the Internet via live streaming, audiences will be presented with what was produced in months of work and was known only to an interested Internet audience.

All creatives can submit their entries from the fields of design, motion graphics, Flash, 3D, animated or live-action film until September 15, 2006. A prerequisite for acceptance of the entries is that they were produced for the Internet or published mainly there. The films can be of very different lengths and must have been created in recent months. The starting point is not the technology, but the Internet as a platform and means of transport. Product advertising and illegal, violence-glorifying or pornographic content will not be accepted.

Details about the participation formalities and registration can be found on the Webcuts homepage (see link below).
