A few days later than planned, software manufacturer Microsoft has now released version 11 of its Windows Media Player playback software for download. It offers a revised design, new integrated search and sorting functions and can be synchronized more easily with portable devices.
As additional formats for copying and playing music, Windows Media Player 11 now supports Windows Media Audio Pro and lossless WAV.
