Pictorion das Werk completed digital postproduction for the feature film “One Way”, starring Til Schweiger, across its Munich, Düsseldorf and Berlin facilities. The film opened in cinemas on 25 January.
The Munich facility scanned the film at 2K and handled retouching and online finishing. Düsseldorf produced the visual effects, including digitally extended backgrounds and replacement of Toronto’s skyline with New York, where the story is set. Complex composites also transformed studio footage into New York residential and office environments.
Das Werk Novalisstraße in Berlin performed 2K digital grading on Resolve and created the trailer. Pictorion das Werk in Munich then recorded the film and trailer back to film with an ARRI Laser.
