Sony justified the measure with the tough competition from Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and Nintendo’s Wii. The Wii in particular is causing Sony trouble:Whether and when the PlayStation 3 will also become cheaper here in this country and whether the new model will come onto the German market is currently still unclear.
