he CANCOM Deutschland GmbH today signed a corresponding purchase agreement with ComLogic Darmstadt Systeme GmbH, Griesheim (ComLogic). This provides for CANCOM Deutschland GmbH, as a wholly owned subsidiary of CANCOM IT Systeme AG, to take over the company’s employees, customer base, business equipment and inventory with effect from August 1, 2007.
As an IT trading and services company, ComLogic specializes in the development and implementation of IT solutions, as well as subsequent support and maintenance of the solutions.
In 2006, ComLogic generated revenue of around 11.6 million euros with approximately 40 employees and a positive result. The objective is to generate an EBIT return of 3 – 5 % of revenue in the medium term.
The customer base and product and service portfolio of ComLogic and CANCOM complement one another ideally. It is therefore planned to serve customers in the future with an expanded service portfolio and thus realize synergy potential.
