The exhibition deals with political, ecological and social topics and includes more than 660 works from 30 countries, which were selected by an international, renowned jury. Works from the fields of animation, artist’s book, digital performance, installations and works with monitors are shown.
“The SIGGRAPH Art Gallery is known for showing works by the most talented digital artists”, explains Vibeke Sorensen, SIGGRAPH 2007 Art Gallery Chair, from the University at Buffalo. “Global Eyes aims to stimulate discussions and alternative ways of thinking regarding the interaction of nature and art.”
