Manufacturer Pixologic has given its software for 3D sculpting, painting and texturing a whole basket of new features in the current version:
The brush system was revised once again and some new brush attributes added. User-defined hotkeys were also introduced as well as adapted with new versions of the ZMapper texturing tool and the flexible Displacement Exporter. The Smart ReSym feature now also masters Posable Symmetry. This makes it possible to restore the symmetry of the model independently of the pose adopted.
The update is available now via the Pixologic website and will cost around 450 US dollars until September 1. After that, the price will be 595 US dollars.
