As part of the opening, the third SAE Alumni Convention took place in Berlin from October 18 to 19, 2007. The two-day congress, which is organized by the SAE Alumni Association, ranks among the networking events of the year for politics, business and society. This year, the extensive seminar programme once again offered workshops, panel discussions as well as specialist lectures by luminaries from the media industry, SAE lecturers and representatives of the media industry. Renowned companies such as Apple, Sennheiser and Roland showed the latest trends at stands and in demo suites.
A particular highlight was the convention party with various live acts and the presentation of the SAE Alumni Award 2007 on October 18 at the cult Fritz Club at Berlin’s Postbahnhof.
