Berlin Film Creatives Launch a New Website

ISH.fm, the joint website of four Berlin film creatives around cinematographer Michael Kotschi and director Philip Hillers, was launched by web designer Eric Sturm. Alongside biographical information, the new website primarily presents samples of film, photography and graphic-design work.

ISH includes Michael Kotschi (cinematography), Philip Hillers (direction, animation, graphics), Daniel Zinner (animation, set design, storyboard), and Jan Zabeil (direction, cinematography). The four creatives know one another from the film-school environment in Berlin and Potsdam-Babelsberg. Online video samples from film work are therefore a focus of the site: excerpts from feature films, music videos and animated films can be viewed directly on the ISH website, and in full-screen mode if desired.

Screen-design templates for the website were developed by ISH member Philip Hillers. Berlin web designer Eric Sturm implemented these specifications in search-engine-friendly HTML pages and implemented a content-management system (CMS, also known as an editorial system). Through the CMS, ISH members can add new samples, change texts or add content at any time.
